CYCLING

Cycling is a very difficult sport, but is good for the muscles of your legs. Sometimes, in every team, there goes 15 to 20 cyclists. Now I tell you some rules: you must use hand singals to indicate to other cyclists situation of risk or danger (animals, hole). You must wear a helmet, gloves and identification. In an emergency, you must tell the police located within  the limits of the circuit or other cyclists. To win the game, you must be between the first, second or third place. I think this sport is good, because strengthen the muscles of your legs and your arms. I practise this sport Tuesdays and Thursdays to go to English classes.
